We called Russell's on Thursday morning, Jasyn came and did a very thorough inspection of our heater problem and told us we needed a new heater. He gave us a very good price and then this morning we had Ricky and Rodney come and install our heater and they were both very professional and were kind in their interface with us, worked diligently, did a great job and we have our heat. Praise God and your company is the greatest. Thanks to all of you who were so considerate of our situation without heat and did your job to get us heat. We are now very comfortable.
