They removed my old A/C unit before they ever had the new unit in the store at 9:15 am. They had to drive back to Palatka office and pick up the new A/C unit when it arrived. They didn't return to my home till 1:10 PM to install the new unit. Mean while we are baking in my house and I told the sales man that because of my medical condition I could not be with out A/C. The unit is just now being installed and I'm so mad I don't even want to talk to them. Now the guy that comes out to do my regular service is great.
