This would be the fourth visit from a technician to try to solve our one problem, Kurtis was a complete gentleman responded to all the questions and the situation He had to climb up into an extremely small space and an extremely hot attic that hasn’t had air conditioning in well over a week He was very positive. He never complained, even when he got all the way in the hole and found out that it was the wrong size. He simply ordered another one and waited here and then put it in. He literally saved the day and my spirits because he was so kind and understanding. I would rate him as a five star technician.

Wilcox comes through again! After living in another state for many years we are always impressed by the service Wilcox provides. This time was no exception. Our AC went out during a very busy time of year for AC repair. Nevertheless, Wilcox was able to replace our system in a timely manner. When the 3 Wilcox trucks arrived this morning, we felt like the Calvary had arrived. They were prompt, polite and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, were very careful about our property, and even made friends with our dog. We are loyal customers for life.

Jared was outstanding. Our dual oil tank system had a block between the tanks preventing oil from traveling to our burner. On a cold December night, he answered all my questions by phone before visiting our home and diagnosing the problem quickly. He fixed our heat within 20 minutes. And he was professional and informative. We feel very lucky that Jared was on call and we are very thankful for his help in restoring our heat.
