I was very happy with the 2 men that came to do the service. They both answered all my questions. Polite. Explained what they were doing for the annual service. I was using Wilcox’s for heat maintenance already but I included cooling maintenance this year. I will be staying with Wilcox’s for both heat and cooling needs they were excellent

Our hot water heater went down and we thought we were going to be out of water for the weekend. To our surprise within 15 minutes of calling Wilcox Energy, our tech Jared Z showed up. Luckily for us he had been working in the area. He went through our system and within an hour of the original call Jared had us up and running. Wilcox Energy comes through again!
