Great service but shoe covers needed

Service was efficient, timely and easy to schedule. But the technician did not remove his shoes or wear shoe covers and it was wet and messy out. Our utility room is though our kids play area so I would have liked for shoes to be off but it was easy to vacuum after. Otherwise he was nice, efficient and it was a straightforward experience.

Kurtis from Wilcox Energy came out to our house on an emergency call to address an issue with our furnace and oil tank. He inspected everything and provided us with a temporary solution so that we could stay in our home overnight. We have the heat back up and running and are so grateful that he came to the rescue.
