My wife, Mona, and I found the people at DFW-Improved to be extremely professional, very helpful, and true to their word. In particular, Gary the initial sales person provided a level of comfort and trust that made us decide to go with this company for our renovation. In addition, Ray Rodriguez, project manager, kept us well informed, provided a schedule of work, and for the most part keep the work running on time. We understood that certain things can (and did) come up that were unavoidable, but we were very happy with the level of work and oversight by Ray. We have had not-so-good-experiences with other remodeling companies and I'm happy to say that our experience with DFW Improved exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them highly to anyone who asked.
