We had some issues with our irrigation. A couple of other technicians came but each time a new issue was discovered after they left. Mike was sent out and not only fixed the original issue but did a true end to end. He did find some additional issues but fixed them all. We never understood why some plants would dry up but it turns out that a zone was not coming on. He did a great job explaining what he was doing, what was found and explained the cost and got our agreement before proceeding. We found him to be clear in his explanations and patient with our questions. Great job, Mike! Thanks again.
