The employee that came to my home to open up my sprinkler system was not knowledgeable. When I had asked or inquired about a rain sensor, he was not able to answer any of my questions. Then I was told from him that I was overthinking it, and it would probably be best to not get one. Not a very professional way to talk to a customer. I was also asked if he can bill the credit card on file in which I responded I would rather not because I’m not sure if that car is active any longer. I then proceeded to give him a new card and because he didn’t want to put in any effort, he decided to run the card on file, in hopes, it would go through in my eyes that was pure laziness
