Zone three had a leak busted flex that we repaired and a 12 inch pop-up that wouldn’t retract back down. Also got replaced.
Foundation drip inspection. No issues found , customer had turned off irrigation system and problem area dried out significantly, if problem happens again please call us back out here.
Replaced zone 7 stuck valve. Front yard left of front door.
Zone one front Flowerbeds good. Zone two front yard 1 low head 1 nozzle. Zone three left side of house 4 heads low. Zone four backyard rotors 1 leaking 1 needs to be moved away from fence. Zone five backyard rotors right side good. Zone six backyard popups 1 low 1 moved towards patio. Zone seven right side of house 2 leaking heads. System has been shut off at DCA

Add tree bubblers to new Chinese pistachio in front yard. Replace 2 Stuck up heads on both side yards.
Shutting DCA on right side of front yard and draining the system. Will return in spring to turn system back on and check for any problems.
Full system inspection. Lateral leak in zone 5 by backyard gate repaired. Also capped tree bubbler in front yard.
Shut ball valve and released pressure from PRZ.
10 bulbs were replaced, it has a one-year warranty, the warranty does not cover the cable
Looked for a leak in the sprinkler system but dint find any leaks. Master valve is working. System had been shut off at the ball valve for about 5 days and client still has a wet spot in the left corner of the house
The main line pipe that is close to the connection point was fixed and a ball valve was installed. The connection point is not guaranteed in case there is a problem in the future. An estimate was sent for all the recommendations.
