I didn't have a cost cmparison so I can't rate the cost/pricing. It didn't seem outrageous so I had the needeed repairs done. I really appreciated that the guys did the work during their visit rather than making another appointment. This is something that does not happen often.

I scheduled an appointment on Friday. David came out to view our small yard on Monday. By Tuesday evening, in blistering, record-breaking heat, we had an updated irrigation system that covers the entire lawn. Not the least expensive service, but perhaps you get what you pay for.

I sent over quote for improvements the leak was coming from the neighbors yard made them aware of that as well
The main reason for the call was that the system did not seem to be operating. The customer was also concerned with a large wet spot on the side of the house. I ran a pressure test on the irrigation system and the pressure held, indicating there is no leak on the system. I found a bad common connection and got all zones back online. I also replaced the old faulty controller with a new 8 zone rainbird.

There are three transformer for the property around the house. The one in the front left (facing the house) is operated by a switch in the garage and the the one of the right was too at one point, with the one in the back of the house being operated by a timer. Now it appears that the one on right either has a broken switch because the transformer alway has power and the homeowner would have to get an electrician out again to dealing with 120 volts to get the system to be operated the same way it once was. To get around this issue we put a timer on the transformer so it will be automated. A new timer is around 60 bucks our price and I can swing out on Friday is the homeowner is interested in fully automating the lighting system but the switch in the garage would always have to stay on in order for the front left side of the house to be functional
I repaired two drip breaks
I replaced zone3 and 4 valves, added Wi-Fi stick and replaced a broken head.
