Knocking pipes

I am so glad we called you. We could not figure out why our pipes kept knocking when we would use more than one faucet or shower or hoses outside. We had replaced the toilet values and flappers thinking that was the problem. We gave up on trying to figure it out so we called you so that you can come out to fix the issue. We were clueless. Ernesto and Juan found the problem in no time and fixed it so fast that I didn’t even know they were done. The regulator had gone bad/broke so it was replaced and they checked everything else out as well so now there isn’t anymore KNOCKING!!! Yay!!!! Thank you so much. Oh and thank you for the military discount. The cost was not as much as I thought it would which I was afraid to hear the price but when he told me surely became a happy camper. 688.00 I recommend Andy’s. I HIGHLY recommend. Great service and very knowledgeable. Ernesto explained a lot to me. I understand sprinkler systems a lot better now.

Water Restored when No Plumber Available!

When our water line connected to our sprinkler system broke during the BIG freeze we had no water. Thanks to Andy's for coming out the very next day and they were able to fix the problem and restore our water. We are very grateful that they were available and able to help us during a very challenging week! During the past week we lost heat, water, the alarm system and the Cable, phone,TV, Internet. This was followed by "Pot Luck" grocery shopping. Getting water restored was a huge step to getting back to normal. Many Thanks to Andy's!

Sprinkler repair

Because of the cold weather, I checked my sprinkler shutoff off valve this morning only to find out the pip had broken at ground level. Earnest from Andy’s got here within an hour of my call. Initially I was told they would only be able to shut off the water and come back later to fix it. But when Earnest got here, he took the time to fix it completely and winterize it so I won’t have any more problems this winter. What a relief!
