The team did a great job. David is very kind and he informs me of what work is needed and cost before starting any type of work. If I have questions he and his team always have the answers. Aside from the work that had to be done (Normal wear and tear) Having dogs is tough so you know they are curious about the green lids that sit in the ground. I love that the team is very understanding and without any complaints about my dogs...Yes they have chewed the wires in the past.

Great service! Thoroughly explained the repair of my sprinkler system to include a valve replacement and several bad heads. Additionally once the repairs were made we walked the entire yard with the sprinklers running to ensure I was totally satisfied.

Replace (1) leaking master valve Backyard fixed (1) mainline pipe repair 1 1/4” Water meter is at 0 gpm
For this we turned off the backflow. I recommended the customer to install the shut off valve to get better protection for the backflow.
For this job we fixed broken mainline pipe in the right side of the house close to zone 1 valve. We checked the irrigation system and replaced a rotor on zone 1 and a a 6” prs head on zone 4.
- Winter shut down was a success with no issues
Customer had a valve that was stuck on, but it was only due to the bleeder screw being left on, manually. Aside from that, there were a few sprinkler heads that were sitting low in the grass, but the customer just wanted the system checked to be sure there were no leaks, which there weren’t.
Re route mainline in backyard around tree roots Reconnected wires for all zones in system
Replace leaking valve on zone #2 (1) 3/4” pipe repair to get to mainline pipe Installed (1) new tm2-6 controller with (1) new rain and freeze sensor
Today’s visit we checked the irrigation system and worked on the following zones. Zone 1 installed 2 6” prs heads, zone 2 fixed broken pipe with a new 4” prs head, zone 3 installed a 6” prs head and zone 6 upgraded all heads to 6” prs heads.
Work performed: Zone 1, repaired three drip breaks Zone 12, replaced three drip breaks - Replaced pressure regulator and shut off valve on domestic mainline ** Please see attached estimates/forms for system and controller details ** - My card is also attached, so feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns

Customer is selling the house and need a system check to see if there were any glaring issues. Termite trap broke zone 3 wire. We rehung the controller as the last people didn’t use a wall anchor.
We relocated the zone 4 valve which was located underneath the deck under a support beam. Rats got in and chewed through the wires but we couldn’t fit our hands in to repair the wire. We relocated the valve outside of the deck.
Replaced shorted master valve. Repaired a complete lateral break in zone 5.
Work performed: - Investigated issue and it was determined that the head in zone 4 leaking was just drainage. If the head begins to constantly leak, customer has been informed that the valve is the issue, not the heads ** Please see at estimate **
