I am very upset with the visit. the flyer said that my visit would include ahead adjustments, but the technician said it should not be on the flyer because that is something that he does not do. I contacted the office and I am currently awaiting a call back to receive full refund.

Came back out to replace valve staying stuck open, checked system and everything was working as it should be.

Technician check the system. Everything looked good, there were no signs of lateral line leaks or main line leaks. Also technician ran a pressure test and the water meter did not move for 10 minutes so there is no sign of a mainline leak technician also checked controller and customer is watering Three times a week twice a day, which was mentioned to her. technician adjusted controlled her because she was watering about four times a day. Zones 1-5 all good
All damage done by tench that was dug wire and breaks in the line were all in the trench
Replaced tallest lightbulb in tree, also light bulb in north west corner of the house, needs a kichler light fixture that will be special order
