Full system inspection. Lateral leak in zone 5 by backyard gate repaired. Also capped tree bubbler in front yard.
There are a a total of 6 sprinkler heads that we can visually see busted the 6 would have to be replaced to recheck and make sure there aren’t any more. most of the sprinkler heads stay sticking up and not popping up high up enough for proper coverage Only replaced the 7 busted sprinkler heads all other original sprinkler heads stay sticking once done if any others become broken due to being clipped they will not be covered under warranty and customer will have to pay service call unless quote is accepted to replace them all zone 6 valve also got replaced
One bundle of twinkle lights were added to a small three on the left side of the front door
Original Installation was on November 25th, 2020: 31 bundles for trees and 4 up-lights that were installed temporarily with a transformer, 1 hour and 15 minutes will be required to reinstalled the up-lights. Add-on on 12/10/2020: 1 up light was added to existing set up, 15 minutes will be required for the reinstall. Add-on on 12/14/2020: 4 bundles for trees and 2 up-lights that were added to existing set up on initial install, 30 minutes will be required for the reinstall. Total of 35 bundles for trees and 7 up- lights with transformer (2 hours). Add-on on 12/2/2022 B Customer purchased some garland (not from Andy's) we made an exception for reinstalling this item that was not purchased from us, 30 + 3 = 33 bundles of 55mms twinkle lights were used to wrap up the garland and other items provided by customer, we will charge 4 hours labor to reinstall those items. Add-on on 12/6/2024 3 bundles of 5mms twinkle lights were added for more trees. The new total amount of bundles
No work was performed today as she will be sending the invoice to her lawn care company for them to approve the work
Did a pressure test no signs of a leak has a master valve and also tested the main line while master valve active ad no sign of a leak either
We will light up the roofline and bed edging with C9 LED lights. The colors will be RED & WARM WHITE. A timer will be installed to control the lights on and off setting with a photocell. A tote will be provided for the take down process where we can store in our shop for next years. This years install will be the most expensive due to the material, but the following year once it’s already owned this reinstall cost will be approximately 55% of initial cost.
Original installation was on 11/20/2020 with the following items: Roof Line (2nd Story) C9 LED Christmas light strands for roof lines and gutters, second story (price is per foot) 85 feet. No timer was purchased. Paid on previous invoice, check #787.

Christmas Lights strands with cool whites and red c9 LEDs will be installed for about 86 feet on the roof lines for the front view only, there is a higher roof for one of the peaks, therefore everything will be priced as 1 story. The 2 front flower beds will be outlined with the cool whites and red C9 LEDs, the total distance for the flowerbeds is about 62 feet. 1 (36”wreath) will be installed above the right side peak, we will use 2 bundles of 5mms cool whites and red to wrap up the wreath. A timer will be included. Customer will provide us with a tote to store the Lights. The price for the reinstall on the following year will be about 55% of the original installation, customer will only pay for labor unless any light bulbs, clips or sockets need to be replaced.
