He evaluated each zone, identified needed repairs, and reconfigured the system to accommodate my landscaping. Got a team out and finished the work in one day. The sod was back in place, everything cleaned up and they tested each zone. Problem areas are resolved, and everything runs smoothly.

Corbin was the service tech that was here, and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and not one bit pushy. I was very impressed with Corbin and his helper. When we agreed to have several of our sprinkler heads replaced, they went right to work and did so quickly. Corbin went over the control box with us and even asked if he could put Andy's sticker on our box before they did so. Very impressive!!! Recommended them to several neighbors!

The main line pipe that is close to the connection point was fixed and a ball valve was installed. The connection point is not guaranteed in case there is a problem in the future. An estimate was sent for all the recommendations.
Did a drain installation, came back out to take dirt with us, drain was working and grass was put back how it was.
Did system check up replaced (1) 6” pop up and (1) pipe repair.

A head was installed at station 7. It is recommended to change some heads that are low and did not want to fix anything. An estimate will be sent for now.
Christmas light strands with C-9 warm whites will be installed on roof lines for the front view including 2 small sections by the fence on both sides of the home. The installation for the 1st story is about 132 feet and the higher peaks will be considered a 2nd story install, the distance for the peaks is about 48 feet. Customer will provide us with the timer. Note*The reinstallation price for the following year will be about 55% of the new install, the price will slightly go up every year depending on the cost of labor. light bulbs or other parts that might need to be replaced will be charged separately. A 10% Discount will be applied if we install the lights on or before November the 12th.

Valve number 13 was replaced. Only the valve replaced by Andys has a warranty.
He checked his system and had other leaks in the drift zones but he only agreed to fix the pipes in the back yard. An estimate will be sent.
