We called Andy’s to check out a possible drainage issue, which luckily was non-existent. While here they checked our irrigation system and made some needed repairs/tweaks! Great experience.
Wailer did an excellent job and explained the issues to me so I could make an informed decision on what to do with my sprinkler system. He stayed until 8pm trying to solve an issue and I really appreciated his work.
Jose came out and they dug up the problem with my sprinklers very fast. He educated me on everything that needed to be done and asked before he just did it so there was no surprise about the cost. Zone one front Flowerbeds good. Zone two front yard 1 low head 1 nozzle. Zone three left side of house 4 heads low. Zone four backyard rotors 1 leaking 1 needs to be moved away from fence. Zone five backyard rotors right side good. Zone six backyard popups 1 low 1 moved towards patio. Zone seven right side of house 2 leaking heads. System has been shut off at DCA
10 bulbs were replaced, it has a one-year warranty, the warranty does not cover the cable
Replaced zone 1 valve that was stuck closed. Replaced (5) low/leaking pop ups and 11 nozzles that were spraying improperly.

Christmas Light strands will be reinstalled on roof lines on the 1st story for about 71 feet and the 2nd story for about 18 feet.

Replaced (5) low pop ups and installed (2) flower pot bubblers on back patio.
Replace zone 7 stuck valve, in backyard left side flowerbed.
Per customer request we changed his controller, used a customer provided controller he is aware it won’t have warranty, also replaced zone valve 6 due to it staying stuck open .
A lot of heads are low and don’t reach to spray the grass properly, will need to be replace for 6 in pop ups to have good coverage. There is 6 heads that are leaking, 3 heads in the front yard and 3 heads in the back.
It is recommended to replace almost everything since the rotors and heads are very old and they start to leak very little and do not have good coverage since the rotors were tried to be adjusted and are very old. An estimate was sent.
