I had not experienced any problem with my sprinkler system, but knew a couple of sprinkler heads needed replacing. Decided to contact Andy's for a sprinkler tune-up. I'd used Andy's once in the past and was very satisfied with their service and pricing (at that time my cost was $83). This time not so happy. The tech's said they found a leak that would cost me $1,400+ for them to fix. I was so surprised to hear that, especially because there had not been any indication that anything such thing was wrong. They were able to drop the cost to $1,000+ (still high, and still much, much more than anticipated). After agreeing to have the techs do the repair, I read some of Andy's reviews on Yelp, and noticed multiple folks had concerns with what they were charged for services.
They did a great job and worked hard to get it all done. It's always expensive, but I have a piece of mind knowing Andy's does it well and they stand behind their work.
Very professional, actually showed up before the appointment time and fixed everything quickly.
So impressed with Marco’s professional service, advice, and trustworthiness.
Marco and his partner were right on the nose finding a tricky leak in conditions that were not ideal. I am very appreciative.
Both techs were courteous and efficient. They informed me of exactly what needed to be done and were patient with this elderly lady's questions. I truly appreciated their professionalism. Many thanks.
Tai communicated well, was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got it fixed.
Edgar and team did a great job repairing valve and marking valves.
Upon arrival, the customer showed us an area near the alley that was saturated. Excavated the area & discovered that water was trapped in a drain line. Observed the meter & performed pressure test, discovering that there was no leak in the irrigation or domestic lines.
Customer called because a head was leaking really bad in front, on zone 3. We found it to be a busted polynipple, as well as another one on zone 4. We replaced both heads and fixed a busted flex line in backyard, zone 2.
Performed full system check. Installed rain/freeze sensor. Adjusted runtimes & start times for the winter season.
Performed full system check. Observed meter and found that there was no leaks in either the irrigation system or domestic lines. Excavate area that was saturated after system ran and discovered a valve box. Confirmed that the valve was not leaking. Front & back yards were slightly saturated due to system runtimes being too high for the winter season. Adjusted the run times & change start times from twice per day to once. Sent estimate for rain/freeze sensor.
Performed full system check. Repaired 1 leaking pop up on station 4 in the front right parkway. Discovered 1 lateral line leak on stations in 4 in the front right yard that the customer will wait till the spring to have repaired. Sent estimates to replace DCA that is slightly leaking out of gate handle & to replace controller that is not functioning at the dial.
Customer called for an emergency shut off. I came by closed DCA valves were leaking if your facing the house to the right. Behind the live oak tree Customer will call to make an appointment on Monday
Customer had a leak in his system under the concrete we tried to revamp the pipe to skip that area that was leaking we did various attempts including pipe repairs but leak continued Lastly we found the main line on side of backyard we capped and the leak stopped After that we turned everything back on and zone 8 did not come on I advised customer that there’s more work to be done Also many zones in the system have very low pressure but that was since the beginning when we first arrived the first day of the visit. Miguel checked the system with me As of 12/20 customer is aware that this is ONLY for leak under concrete work that there’s more work pending for example full system diagnostic Green house ETC As of 12/20 leak under concrete is gone. As of 12/20 when we got done burying the main line, leak is gone under concrete But meter was still moving. I adjusted invoice because we replaced two more valves We found a two other valves passing water zone valve 17 and zone 11 we repl

Sprinkler we add a head on station 2 and now is cover good
For this job was client was concerned about having a leak in the front yard. We did a test on the double check to see if there was any leaks and there was no signs of leaking in the irrigation system. We did a system check on the house and there was no leaks on the lateral or the mainline.
Repaired lateral leak and replaced nozzle on station 10. Checked system. 972-834-4521 Trace T.
What was leaking was the box of the double check we need to replace it. It is a 2 inch and the meter when it gets replaced we should check again for another leak because there might be another one. The system is old since I mentioned the last 2 times and there might be another one when the pressure comes back. Estimate will be sent but i taped to client about pricing and he asked why it was so expensive. I explained there house master than the usual and it was a large piece and it’s the principal shut off for the irrigation. He will check it and will call to accept the quote. He knows there could be another leak.
Checked system. Replaced valve for station 4. Replaced two heads in front yard, one side yard and one in backyard. Replaced 4 nozzles. 972-834-4521 Trace T.
We ran system prior to closing water we found one riser leaking Customer did not want to do any work until spring All 8 zones came on
