Danny (Jose Daniel) was exceptional! he called me when he was on his way to my property. When he arrived, he told me what his plan was, and he kept me updated on his troubleshooting and resolution. He and his crew were skilled in their technical ability and quick in their analysis and diagnosis.

I would never use anyone but Andy's Sprinkler service. Luis is very knowledgeable and always comes up with a solution for any change or problem that I have. Pricing is very reasonable and quality of work is outstanding.
We came to check the system on a spring package and we started checking and saw that there was 2 heads sticking up in the back and we also saw the customer didn’t have a R/F sensor so we recommended that to the customer and she did wanna do it so we installed the R/F sensor and changed the heads. We checked it all and it all worked properly.
Seperated flowerbed from grass area. To water flowerbed more than the grass.
Upon arrival, performed full system check. Discovered that all stations functioned from controller. Found that station 8 was functioning properly when activated multiple times. All stations were found to have ohms from the controller as well. Customer did not want to replace leaking & low pop ups due to making their own repairs.
Customer had three broken drip areas we fixed and we changed one nozzle
Replaced a low head, and a head damaged by trimmer. Moved 1 head and added a head. Also located zone 1 valve, and added a box to being low.
Customer called to get more water in a brown spot in front of the property. We found a busted pipe in zone 4, and a leaking rotor as well. Added a head in middle to get water on brown spot. Replaced two nozzles spraying the window as well. Customer is watering 6 times a week, 3 times a day.
Replaced valve to zone 2 due to not coming on. Sending a quote for a low head, and to bury wires on side of house.
To get the irrigation to the front, we needed to tie in from an existing zone. The homeowner said the front is not irrigated by the HOA and is his responsibility. So now he has a station for the front and know is another valve connect it to that station and he agree that also we replaced 4 heads
There was a leaking flex line in the front yard right side just about 3 feet from the driveway. There was a nozzle on the left side of the driveway that the customer declined. We recommended a ring freeze sensor, and also changing out the empty rotor nozzles on zone one into regular spray nozzles. The customer wants these items on an estimate. I will email them to the customer and she will give us a call when she’s ready to install.
Installed and programmed a Rachio, provided by the customer. We have inout estimates regarding multiple zone splits per customers request. Customer will reach out if she decides to proceed with the work.
System Check - For today, customer wanted an additional head to zone 3 to help water a dry spot. We also replaced 2 clogged nozzles (zone 1,zone 4). We inout an estimate regarding additional recommendations but customer did not want this work completed today.
Customer called because she thought there was a burried head when we check the system we found 1 leaking head on the left side of the house and we also changed 5 nozzles . The customer said there was a wet spot in the back yard we checked the backyard and did not find nothing . We also seen there was a sprinkler head under the deck the customer did not want to move forward with the sprinkler head under the deck because we would damage it .
The customer decided to check the estimate to run 90 feet of wire to valve #1 where we found multiple points of bad connections.
We replaced the solenoid of valve #3 because it was damaged. At the end of the general inspection, everything in the system was working correctly.
