We've been using Andy's and specifically Tai for about 4 years now. Tai always shows up on time, never leaves until it is fixed, takes time to explain everything, and he is just generally a nice guy. Don't hog him too much though, because we need him at least once a month.

The customer has a domestic line leak and we check the syste and we found to many leaks on the laterals also the handles are rusty on the Dca the controller is not working and to many heads are leaking he is goint to call us when ever he fix the domestic

The customer said there was a leak on the right side of the yard so she turned the water off so it would stop leaking. When we turned the water on we found that the zone 4 valve was leaking. We repaired the valve and checked the system. After checking the system there were 2 low heads in the front yard that we replaced as well as a 3 station module on the controller that was no longer working. Another issue was that the zone 2 valve is starting to go bad and should be replaced in the near future. We have sent the reciept of today’s work along with the estimate for the zone 2 valve if chosen to replace.
Customer called to have two heads replaced, one on zone 5, other in zone 6. We also added flower pot spykes to zone 8 flower pots. Customer provided a battery to put into his r/f sensor.
We came to check the system because of broken pipe on the DCA is was broken right behind the male on the DCA we told the customer that we recommend changing the entire DCA because the pipe wasn’t straight and it could leak again. But he said he only wanted to fix the pipe and we told him he wouldn’t get warranty on that fix he said that was fine. We fixed it and showed him it didn’t leak but we immediately there was 2 main line leaks in the front yard he told us the previous person that came to work on it messed everything up so we dug a little in those areas and saw the mainline wasn’t connected in 2 areas. The wires were also cut, so we told him we’d we recommend use new valves because we don’t know what he did to the other ones he wanted us to use the same ones but we told him it’d be better if we put new ones in. The customer said everything was to expensive and he only wanted the quotes to think of it .
We came to check the system because 1 zone was stuck on and another was not turning on at all and we found zone 10 which was the one stuck on and then we started using the locator to find 16 we struggled to find it since the solenoid wasn’t working but we did find it then replaced it and started checking the system and everything did turn on and off properly we charged only 2 hours of locator labor.
Performed full system check. Repaired 1 drip leak in bed near garage on station 1. Repaired 1 drip leak in backyard bed on station 2. Replaced 1 leaking pop up & 1 low pop up on station 9 in front right side yard along driveway. Repaired 1 drip leak on station 11 in backyard below grade for the foundation.
We install 2 new drip zones for the foundation zone 12 ,13 we also ad new zone on the back yard we rotors by the metal fence
Ran system check, replaced 2 nozzles and 2 drip leaks. We recommended replacing the controller but customer decline, however we left a estimate to replace the controller and 4 low sprinkler heads.
We add 2 adjust bubbler on station 8 for the new trees tide in the station because the doesn’t want to make station just for two trees and also we replaced 8 nozzles and 11 low and cricket heads around the house and we leave on program A Wednesday at 8 am 1 -10min 2-20min 3-10min 4-20min 5-20min 6-20min 7-20min 8-10 min On program B Sunday Tuesday Friday at 5am 8-10 min Everything else is good
Customer has a main line leak we found drip valve passing water zone 3 After that repair customer said to continue with investigation he was aware since the beginning of location labor charge. After two hours of investigation we did a pipe repair on the left side of the house adding a ball valve too see if leak was before that point or after. After installing the ball valve the leak is after the ball valve in the backyard Customer said that station 5 could be leaking and we also capped that zone and leak was still present After all those repairs customer decided to add a master valve to stop the leak at least when the system is off. We added a an add a zone and ran 60 feet of wire We checked the rest of system and the system is working fine We advised the customer the leak is minimum the leak will be present only when the zones are on.
System check at this time we found a sticking pop up At this time we replaced 1 pop up in the front yard
