I needed a zone fixed and overall inspection. The techs found the issue was a broken valve which I had them replace and rewire. When inspecting the rest of the system we had to make some adjustments which should have been already done but overall they system works as it should now.

Moved heads, and capped head due to previous drainage work being. Also replaced leaks due to being damaged when working on the drain aside that system is fully operational with no pipe leaks.
Customer had a leak on zone 8 we replaced valve was leaking We replaced two heads leaking and we did a pipe repair on zone 1 Everything works perfectly now
There was a mainline pipe repair that was done, and in the same hole. Also a lateral line repair. This was located on the Front yard left side of the property near the home. We also repaired six drip line leaks. Most of them were along the front yard between the horseshoe driveway and the house flowerbeds. And two of them were done on the outside of the horseshoe driveway to the far right. We change the programming for drip to be 20 minutes sprayheads 11 minutes and empty rotors for 15 minutes. Start time 12 AM twice a week Monday and Friday. There are some pop-ups that were running along the outside of the driveway where we did the repairs for drip which the customer asked us to close off with the adjustable nozzles. She will keep an eye on these if the grass starts to look like it’s not doing well. She will give us a call back so we can change that or reopen those pop ups. Several nozzles were replaced on the property for better coverage.
Performed full system check. Replaced broken pop up on station 3 in front lawn. Installed new pop up on station 4 to improve coverage in front lawn. Installed 2 adjustable nozzles on station 4 in front beds and closed them in order to increase pressure for the zone, allowing the new pop up to be installed. Replaced batteries for rain/freeze sensor.
We came to check the system and saw that the system wouldn’t turn on and we came and turned the controller in but nothing started so we checked the master valve and opened it manually and the system did run so we checked and there was 2 drip leaks we also saw 1 popped up head and 3 nozzles that need to be replaced but we’d have to change the head on one of them because our nozzles don’t fit the head we showed the customer but he only wanted to do the drip leaks and the master valve so we replaced both and checked again and the system did turn on and off properly. We are sending an estimate for the rest of the customer didn’t want to do.
Performed full system check. Moved & installed 1 new pop up on station 2 in backyard due to new shed. Replaced 1 leaking pop up on station 2 in front flower bed. Replaced 1 leaking pop up on station 3 in parkway that was causing pressure loss. Replaced 1 leaking rotor on station 4 in front lawn near sidewalk. Installed new rain/freeze sensor.
Ran system check, replaced 7 leaking heads aswell as a 3/4” pipe leak for zone 6, we also changed the cables for zone 6 and 7 to have the back stations turning on in order.
Replaced 6 sprinkler heads that were low/sticking up or leaking. We also replaced one leaking 12” pop up in the flower bed, we also repaired 2 pipe leaks one for zone 5 and one for zone 3, the pipe leak for zone 5 was caused by people working in the yard, that repair was a total of 197.40. Everything else is fully operational with 0 leaks.
Completed full system check. Replaced leaking pop up on station 2 in front beds & leaking pop up on station 3 in side yard along street. Replaced 1 pop up that was above grade along curb on station 2.

Customer called because one sprinkler head was shooting into he air we check an we found one broken head right side on the driveway we replace the head and we check the system everything is working fine but there are valves that take forever to turn off and aslo we change the settings on the controller 2 days a week Monday and Friday for 8 min each stations one start time 6am
