I had not experienced any problem with my sprinkler system, but knew a couple of sprinkler heads needed replacing. Decided to contact Andy's for a sprinkler tune-up. I'd used Andy's once in the past and was very satisfied with their service and pricing (at that time my cost was $83). This time not so happy. The tech's said they found a leak that would cost me $1,400+ for them to fix. I was so surprised to hear that, especially because there had not been any indication that anything such thing was wrong. They were able to drop the cost to $1,000+ (still high, and still much, much more than anticipated). After agreeing to have the techs do the repair, I read some of Andy's reviews on Yelp, and noticed multiple folks had concerns with what they were charged for services.
Both techs were courteous and efficient. They informed me of exactly what needed to be done and were patient with this elderly lady's questions. I truly appreciated their professionalism. Many thanks.
Punctual, knowledgeable, and kind…. Very helpful. Appreciated their time and expertise.
Manny and his crew did an excellant job of repairing multiple sprinkler heads and a broken pipe. Manny kept me informed as to progress and any issues that needed my approval. we have used Andy's Sprinklers sine 2017 and are always pleased as to their customer service and prices.
I would like the name of the young man who worked on my sprinkler system and water leakage. Jordan said I could call him directly if I had any questions but I do not have his phone number or last name. He told me he worked out of Celina but the invoice has Carrollton. Thanks. My phone # is 214-498-6261
Trevor was very knowledgeable and got our irrigation system back in good working order.
Manuel was a much better technician than I had the first time. Manual did a complete review of my system while the first visit by Andy’s appeared to do a cursory review. Based upon how Manuel performed, I don’t think I got my money’s worth
Jordan and his crew did a great job! They explained the repairs needed to the sprinkler system, worked quickly to make the repairs and cleaned up afterwards.
Nice job fixed a couple leaky valves and got my sprinklers dialed in
Very through and professional. Took time to explain problems and solutions. Work was completed and rechecked.
Did a fantastic job going the extra mile on all repairs and upgrades to our sprinkler system. Several sprinkler heads had broken due to earth shifting and/or being run over so they replaced them with normal sprinkler heads but instead of hard connecting them with PVC they used flex hoses to ensure they wouldn't break any time soon...they easily could have hard connected them as previously done meaning they wouldn't last but they didn't! They weren't cheap but you get what you pay for and they are worth every $ spent!
