Performed full system check. Observed meter and found that there was no leaks in either the irrigation system or domestic lines. Excavate area that was saturated after system ran and discovered a valve box. Confirmed that the valve was not leaking. Front & back yards were slightly saturated due to system runtimes being too high for the winter season. Adjusted the run times & change start times from twice per day to once. Sent estimate for rain/freeze sensor.
Performed full system check. Repaired 1 leaking pop up on station 4 in the front right parkway. Discovered 1 lateral line leak on stations in 4 in the front right yard that the customer will wait till the spring to have repaired. Sent estimates to replace DCA that is slightly leaking out of gate handle & to replace controller that is not functioning at the dial.

The customer was having an issue with the pool fill on station eight coming on. After testing everything we found that the controller was not working from station five to station eight. The customer ended up going with a Rachio which we installed and helped them set up.
We came to check for a leak so we turned on the DCA and we immediately saw where the water was coming from so we started digging and found where the mainline was leaking and fixed it then turned the water on and it no longer leaked.

Sprinkler diagnostic 6 zones we replaced a leaking 6 inchhead on the left side of the property.
System Check - Upon arrival we noticed a valve passing water. This valve operates zone 4. We replaced this valve and now there is no movement at the meter. We then performed a system inspection and found nothing within the system that needed to be addressed. System was left in the OFF position per customers request.
One pop-up in the front left yard for corner closest to the street was replaced. Two nozzles on the property were replaced for better coverage. The rain freeze sensor battery was replaced. Programming was adjusted per customer. Start time, 4 AM eight minutes zones one through nine, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Customer called because he believed he had a leak on zone 1, right side of home, between tree and house. We dig around and found the pipes in that area, even brought the customer out and showed him what we found, which tuned out to be nothing but I let customer know of his water times and days, says he will cut back on the times and see if that will help. Replaced one busted head in zone 4, front left corner.
Customer had us out here to locate all valves leak detection company requested. We found all valves and we found two valves that were filled with water. We dig them up and found one leaking. There was no room to just replace one. We told customer that we found that leak but we weren’t sure if that was the last leakin the mainline After completing the two valves we did a leak test in meter and it was still moving. Customer will call the leak detection again We left flags on all valves in property
