During the inspection, Trace found that my water meter was partially closed and set it correctly, which I very much appreciated. Inspection and the repairs he identified were all done efficiently and effectively.

Technician did nothing but attempt to upscale services. A simple call to check heads and water dispersion turned into - A $18,000 dollar estimate, even though the lawn and flowed are in good shape. Capped and repaired lateral line in flower bed on zone 5 along with new nozzle and adapter on a riser. Also put 2 6inch heads on zone 1.
Performed full system check. Repaired lateral line leak on station 8 in the backyard beds along fence that was causing pressure loss. Adjusted crooked popups on stations 7 & 8. Replaced 2 nozzles on station 7 to reduce spray on fence & shed. When performing system check, the valve for station 7 stuck on twice. The DCA had to be closed in order to shut off the zone both times. When the DCA was opened, the valve did not continue to stick. Sent estimate to replace the valve. Disconnected the station so that the system could be ran with the valve sticking.
For this job the mainline was leaking and in order for us to fix the leak we had to cut through a .75 pipe we went ahead and repaired both pipes and finished off with a system check.
Customer called to see if she needs to add a head into her flower bed for zone 5. We checked the zone and found she already had a head in that area, just swapped out two nozzles and customer was happy with the coverage. Checked out rest of system, the valve for zone 5 does come on a bit slow so may need to change the valve for that zone in the near future. I do apologize for not mentioning it earlier to the customer.
Zone 5 valve was not working correctly therefore zone 5 was no longer turning on. We replaced the zone 5 valve along with one leaking head. We also marked heads to replace but the customer only approved the one head and the zone valve.
Changed 1 head in the front left and 3 in the back. Along with turning off the system.
Changed 19 heads into 6 inch pop ups around property along with turning off program A and keeping program B running for drip.

System Check - We replaced a leaking pop up and a low pop up on zone 1. We also repaired 2 pipe leaks and a leaking head on zone 2. Replaced a nozzle on zone 2 and 2 in the front yard due to the, being clogged. We rechecked the system after completing the work and all is well.
Ran system check, replaced 3 low heads and re did zone 9 since the the drip was above ground with a lot of leaks, we also replaced 4 nozzles with no charge.
Customer states she believes she had two leaks and broken heads, after investigation we found no leaks in the yard however we found five leaking heads and the control box is not registering the dial changes and is not working properly.
Ran system check, found 1 leaking head and 4 clogged nozzles. However we recommended replacing the controller due to it not functioning correctly.
