Seth and his crew addressed the issues we were having with our sprinkler system. Seth was very thorough in explaining to me what the issues were and how to resolve them. He gave me options and the cost of each. Made sure we were set up properly on the new App for the new controller.

Dean and team came out assessed my sprinkler system, gave me the recommendations and completed the work in about an hour. The drip line flags are pretty cool... now I know exactly when the drip lines are running and if they are fully operational.

For this job we did a system and recommended 6 6 inch heads and 1 12 inch head in front yard for better coverage. We closed the backflow double for the winter as clients requested and we put found a leak in the drip tubing near front yard and we put a cap in the end of the drip where was the leak.
Upon investigation we found the pressure regulator attached directly after the master valve and it is cracked and that is the source of the leak For this repair we will need to remove both the valve and regulator. I recommended switching the regulator to go before the master valve and we will replace both components in order to make the proper repair At this time we replaced the master valve and pressure regulator Replaced one leaking head Ran system and ensure repairs were successful and they were successful. Pressure was regulated and system is optimal I did mention to the customer that the isolation valve handle before the backflow is in fact gone.
Replaced 6 heads low, and a clogged nozzle, aside that no leaks in mainline or lateral lines.
System Check - Zone 6 drip (left side perimeter drip) had multiple leaks in it. Because of this our recommendation was to redo this entire strip of drip. We then moved a 4” pop up out from under a bush and replaced it with a 12” pop up. This head is on zone 2. We also repaired a leak in the flex pipe in the front planting bed. Replaced one nozzle on zone 1 as well.
At the time of inspection we didn’t find any leaks or issue with the system, and everything was working properly,
For this job we replaced 3 nozzles not working properly. Controller did not have zone 5,6,7 were not programmed at all. So we replaced them. And on the west side of the house the drip tubing was cut off which was what caused the water to not run on west side.

For this job we did a system check and found 10 nozzels not working correctly which were all replaced, we found a rotor in the backyard leaking and it was replaced. We also found a leaking .75 pipe and fixed. And customer decided to replace head in backyard for riser. Client also decided to replace the controller to Rachio.
Follow up we found 2 drip leaks and customer wants 2 flower spykes At this time we repaired 2 drip leaks and installed 2 fb spykes

System check at this time we found 9 low/leaking popup heads , 1 mainline leak and a drip leak . At this time we replaced 9 popups , repaired mainline leak , repaired drip leak and installed 2 drip indicators. System is now fully operational.
Checked system. Marked heads near driveway that is going to be replaced soon, customer will schedule appointment after concrete is taken out in driveway to repair any possible broken pipe before driveway is re poured.
