The sprinkler system at our home was in need of service. This was our first time using Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage & Lighting. When I called to request service, the representative was very professional, kind and helpful in finding an appointment time that worked for us. We scheduled for the next day and the two services techs (Ken & Jose) were prompt,very professional and knowledgeable. Ken was the lead service tech. Ken was able to answer all of my questions and provided valuable recommendations to solve our sprinkler issues. I cannot say enough about Ken, Jose and Andy’s Sprinkler. I plan on using them in the future and highly recommend this company if other homeowners are need of great sprinkler service.

This company is awesome, so glad I called them. Mike & Carlos are real pro's at what they do!! Up until owning this house the only sprinkler sysytem I was familiar with was a 50' hose and an oscillating sprinkler with 3 settings. They took the time to show me how my modern day system works, the zones, control points and the cutoffs. They also repaired my leak, cut & capped a sprinkler head where my new patio addition was going and provided some valuable advice on how best to operate my system. I can't imagine using anyone else for my system. Thank you Mike & Carlos!!

Would like work done aug 16 Rachio controller currently hunters is failing Master valve failing Zone 1;2 valve failing
Completed the work that was approved on a previous estimate. The work that was completed is listed below in the corresponding zones. Zone 1- Found and replaced a tree bubbler in the front yard. Capped 7 old heads and replaced 4 heads with four 6 way 1/4” drip emitters. Installed 24 UBX Spyk bubblers for the plants along side of the walk way to the front door. Zone 2- Replaced four rotors and one 4 inch head with 6 inch PRS 30 (Pressure Regulated Stem at 30 PSI) spray heads with Hunter MPR rotary nozzles. (Matched Precipitation Rate) All repairs were checked after the work was completed, and everything operates properly. It was also noted, that the valve for zone one was partially open and allowed water to pass through while checking the other zones. This was mentioned to the client at the end of the workday.
During the system check, multiple issues were found, including the leak that the client was concerned about. The leak was a 1 inch mainline leak at a 90° elbow. 11 spray heads were flagged to be replaced with 6 inch PRS 30 spray heads. One spray head in zone two was leaking at the base of the stem, four spray heads in zone three did not retract after the zone was shut off, and six spray heads in zone five are positioned to low allowing the grass to block a significant portion of the water. Two rotors in zone six were leaking significantly and needed to be replaced. One nozzle in zone two is not the correct shape for the area, as well as one nozzle in zone three. During the Inspection, it was noted that the DCA was very rusty and was missing a handle. It is Recommended to replace the backflow device. The main concern that the client had regarding how often her sprinkler system was running, was due to a programming issue at the controller. The settings were reset and the appropriate amount of time for each zone was reprogrammed at the controller. The watering days are set for Thursday and Sunday to come on at 2:30 AM, and 3:45 AM. During the systems check, there was a total of six spray heads throughout the property that were set to low, or crooked. It is recommended to have the heads replaced with 6 inch PRS 30 spray heads. (Pressure Regulated Stem at 30 PSI) These issues were presented to the client, and approval was given to complete the systems check. No other work was completed at the time of the visit.
