Thank you for your review! We're always looking for ways to improve, so your feedback is valuable to us.
I was very pleased with the work performed and their knowledge of sprinkler systems. Thomas was courteous, professional and informative. The negative was the cost of the repairs set by the company. Maybe I’m just out of touch with current cost for sprinkler system repairs but I was taken aback when I was given the estimate for the repairs. Overall, I was happy with the outcome.

Customer called us out for a system check.we found 3 broken heads and 1 rotor that was leaking. All repairs were made and checked. No additional repairs at this time.
Customer called us out due to system running to much. I found 4 start times and reduced it to 1. Also opened tree bubblers as they were closed. And 1 head was also adjusted.
Customer called us out due to dry spot in the front yard and to adjust water times. Spot in the front yard is getting plenty of water with good coverage, brown spot could be due to animal activity or disease/fungus, recommended customer call lawn care specialists. No issues found on the system itself, reduced water times to 30% seasonal adjust.
Rf sensor battery. Everything looks well seasonal adjust 20%. No current issues.
Zone 15 replaced a riser with 6” head Declined rf sensor Backyard has head to head coverage
Winter prep and system check. System is in good working condition. With the winter prep we checked the system to make sure everything was working and no major issues. After the system check we shut the water off at the ball valve before the backflow device and opened the test ports to drain the backflow. We also ran each zone to flush the water out of each valve. In the spring we will do another overall system check to make sure it’s still in good working condition for the upcoming season.
Over all system check. After running through the system we found a broken head in zone 3. We replaced the head with a 6in PRS head. Main reason for the call was the front right side of driveway was not coming on. We checked and made sure the wire through out the system and the solenoids were all giving a good reading. All the wire checked out so we determined that the Hunter valve had failed closed. We cut out the Hunter valve and replaced the valve with a rainbird DVF100 valve.
Zone 1 replaced 2 4” with 6” Rf sensor replaced
Customer called us out because zones 4 and 5 don’t work after landscape lighting install, suspected cut wires while trenching lighting wire. Zone 4: located and repaired cut wire near lighting control box. Zone 5: repaired broken .5in lateral pipe on right side of house. Zone 6-7: replace 1 sticking 6in MPs head and 2 broken MPs nozzles. Zone 9: replace broken 6in spray head. During system check several heads were sticking up after running, recommended customer look at replacing those in the spring. No other issues found.
Replaced Control with Rachio failing staying on Zone 1 no issue Zone 2 1 head failing replaced with 6” Zone 3 replaced 1 mp nozzle Zone 4 replaced 1 spray nozzle
Customer called us out for an irrigation inspection. The controller was dead and needs to be replaced. There are some additional repairs needed that customer did not want to do at this time.
During the system check, multiple issues were found throughout the property, including the clients main concern about a broken sprinkler head. A total of four pop-up spray heads were flagged to be replaced due to the heads, either leaking significantly at the base of the stem and body, were damaged, or did not retract after the zone was shut off. One rotor was flagged to be replaced, as it was too low, and not rotating. Nozzle on an existing spray head was flagged to be replaced as the nozzle was broken. All of the issues listed above, were presented to the client, and approval was given to complete all of the recommended repairs.
Customer called us out stating he having the same issue with zones 4-5. However last time we whore here every zone was working and ohming out. We back tracked our work and even did new connections at the valves leading to zones 4,5. This didn’t change anything, we investigated for another 30 minutes trying to look for a cut in the common and power wire. We were un successful in finding the break. In order to fix this issue he will need to run new wire to these stations. There are 2 valves on both sides of the valves not working, yet these valves are working fine and show no signs of bad wire or connections. In total the wire would be a 3 strand multistrand wire and roughy 170ft. I have verified that this issue is not related to the work preformed.
Customer called us out due to a mainline leak on the system. We found it was a 2” mainline and there were 5 slip fixes into a valve as well, the valve also needs to be replaced. Because of this it was causing a constantly leak on the system through the water meter. Repairs were made and checked no additional repairs or leaks at this time.
