From my first interaction with the company until my last, I had absolutely no complaints. I consulted with several companies before making my final decision and I was most impressed with 1) the on-site visit to my home 2) the folder with every I needed to know that was given to me and 3) the list of customer addresses in my area so that I could see the work for myself. Absolutely no other company provided this amount of customer service. The install was quick and painless and a supervisor checked with me before and came by after to make sure I was satisfied. The level of professionalism, not to mention the product itself is top notch! Thanks to my salesman George who communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I was good. I got text messages from 2 neighbors the might of the install saying how great the house looked!
