There was a break in a line. There once was a head there at the end of a line. I told him to cap it off and then turn the sprinkler zone on to see if everything worked. He refused and insisted on fixing the leak. He worked far too long on fixing it and then overcharged me. I have been pleased with ecosystems all these years and will continue to use them. I do not want this man back. This is my property and when someone is working here they should listen to the homeowner.
