My wife likes notice of your service call so she can get our dog outside to do her business before your arrival. Also knowing date of a service call, I can advise my landscaper in case lawn scheduled to be cut that day. In my opinion it is better if fertilizer is on lawn 24-48 hours before it's cut. Your tech was at our house at 730am today which is fine
