I always have positive interactions with employees. 3 stars only because after the back flow pump was hooked up and sprinklers tested they left and I didn't hear about how the irrigation system was working (i.e. not an "everything looks good" or "you have one sprinkler that needs replacing"). I turned on my sprinklers in the afternoon so I could flag them and one of the sprinkler heads didn't work. Would have been nice to know since they had just come by that morning..
