NOT ONLY DID BRIAN ARRIVE WHEN HE SAID HE AND HIS WORKERS WOULD, BUT HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS GOING TO DO FOR EACH VISIT. BRIAN ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE MANUFACTURER SENT THE WRONG FIXTURES, AND THE ONES HE WAS GOING TO USE WERE LESS EXPENSIVE AND JUST AS GOOD. HE ALSO SAID HE WOULD PASS THE SAVINGS ON TO ME AND ADJUST HIS BILL AT THE END. HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
