I had some lighting put in last year and the product, installation and service was great. Brian and his crew were very down to earth and answered all my questions and advised me on what I wanted. Well, I recently had a timer go bad and gave him a call to see how I could troubleshoot it. Went through it very easily over the phone and exhausted all attempts. He came over the next morning with a new timer and was in and out in 10 minutes no questions asked. That is great customer service and more companies need to pay attention. Not that he fixed it so quick, but the whole process, it was like talking to a friend about a problem and easily fixed it. Appreciate it!
