The most profeshnal service ever, the technician went far and above to help my wife out. I can not say enough about all of the people I have worked with, but this fellow did every thing possible get us back to normal.
We were very pleased with the service Air Now provided. Our installer Casey was great. He went above and beyond. We appreciate everything and definitely recommend this company to those need AC repairs.
I did not order the service. I got an automated courtesy call on a Sunday informing me that it was going to be done the next business day. I the past I had been sent a document on which I requested proposed services. I think that the way this was handled was an underhanded way to sell services that was not requested.
THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN TREATING MY LAWN FOR YEARS AND THE CONDITION OF MY LAWN IS TERRIBLE. I HAD TO GO TO HOME DEPOT AND GET WEED KILLER AFTER THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD PUT WEED KILLER DOWN
Poor customer service. Was scheduled for lawn aeration, after calling 5 weeks prior to get on the schedule. The workers never showed up. Called the next business day to find out what happened, was told someone would call back to reschedule. No one called. I called again two days later and was again told someone would call. Still no call back. Not a great way to keep customers. I've been a customer for 4 years.
I know that times are tough and money is tight, but should service be sacrificed? Like any company you want my business, and in the beginning you go out of your way to obtain it. But after a while for you, I just become another customer for you and your sense of pride in your service falls by the way side. Jobs get rushed, areas go untreated. I am one more issue away from putting my lawn care into another’s hands. So, I hope that you will take this survey personally, and tighten up your teams performance. I know that I’m only one person, but remember I live in a subdivision filled with other potential an ongoing customers, and word of mouth can break a business as well as grow it… Thank you…
The biggest reason I have stayed with Unlimited is the very noticeable focus on customer satisfaction. Even when things are not going well with regards to results, the effort to make things right is the reason I will stick with Unlimited. Great people & great service...just need matching results on my landscaping! :-)
Scott: I have been an Unlimited Landscaping customer for a number of years. Last year I finally put in an irrigation system and re-sodded parts of the yard that had gotten thin due to the prolonged drought. While last year had lots of rain, plus my regular watering, plus your service -- I am not pleased with how my lawn looks. I am at the point that if I am going to keep your service I will need to see significant improvement in the quality of my lawn. I am seeking results! I think Nick has been responsive to my calls and requests, but there is a disconnect between the crew doing the work, Supervision and The Homeowner. I feel that I should not have to call Nick whenever there is an issue, but, it is not being handled by the crew. They are interested in getting in and out as quickly as they can. Hopefully I got the mowing of the pine straw resolved and the scalped and thin grass... time will tell.
We have used U/Lfor years - great lawn maintenance (excellent an 5 star). We have also had them landscape several sections of our yard. It isn't easy for the follow-ups and getting responses - maybe too busy in this area? We like their ideas a lot.
fair to middle... using the service (x4) treatments per year for the last several years... I still see lots of weeds.
I gave them a second opportunity to make my yard look better. It looks worse than if I had not had a service t all.
