I think Nick has been responsive to my calls and requests, but there is a disconnect between the crew doing the work, Supervision and The Homeowner. I feel that I should not have to call Nick whenever there is an issue, but, it is not being handled by the crew. They are interested in getting in and out as quickly as they can. Hopefully I got the mowing of the pine straw resolved and the scalped and thin grass... time will tell.

We have used U/Lfor years - great lawn maintenance (excellent an 5 star). We have also had them landscape several sections of our yard. It isn't easy for the follow-ups and getting responses - maybe too busy in this area? We like their ideas a lot.
