We have been having some recent problems with our front door latch / handle. We are the original occupants who moving in in December of 2007, so we're sure the door hardware has been in place that long or slightly longer. Today we reached the point of not being able to "make" the assembly work, so we had to enlist some help. I called just before lunch to schedule an appointment and was told someone would be here during the afternoon. Jeff arrived at about 4:45PM. He had the needed part on his truck and we are back in good working order ! Thanks very much !!
