I really appreciate the service providers at Goldy Locks. The first representative I spoke to showed sympathy for my situation and made the earliest possible appointment for me. Chris, who installed the new lock, arrived at my house promptly at 8:00 AM. He quickly re-keyed the lock and installed it. Chris was very professional and gave me a tutorial on how my new lock works.
