I walked into the Tinley Park store for a new electronic front door lock, knowing nothing about them. First, the woman at the front desk who cuts the keys gave me a preliminary education, then both Mike and Doug followed up. Doug arranged for Chris to do the installation that afternoon. Chris was professional, meticulous and very knowledgeable on the product he was installing. I would not hesitate to have them out again and to specifically request Chris as my technician.
