We had a dead bolt installed on our garage door. Although the technician was very coureous, I wish that he had informed me I should replace my door, "before" he installed the deadbolt. It wasn't until after I inquired about the stability of the frame, did the tech mention the door was hollow and entry to the garage could be made with a couple of blows with a hammer. I was disappointed to learn this Once door is replaced, do I have to pay a 2nd installation fee?
