Chris Volante was a very courteous gentleman. He fixed the problem in less than two minutes and was apologetic because he said minimum charge was $118, so he volunteered to fix other things around the house. It took him a total of 15 minutes and he charged me $120. In addition to fixing the inside knob of the front door, he did grind the strike plate on the garage door deadbolt and also installed shims so the rail on the pocket door was secure and allowed the pocket door to shut smoothly.
