I had hearing aids before from Costco and they told me that the fact that I didn't hear well was just the limitations of hearing aids and I had to learn to get used to it. I did that for 3 years and thought things had to be different. Came to Beltone and Jeremy took the time to actually explain and teach me about hearing loss and why hearing CAN be much better than I was currently getting. I am a teacher locally and was not able to hear my students, constantly having to have them repeat themselves. Since I got my Beltone's, there isn't a student in the room that I can't hear clearly, even some of the shy ones. These truly have changed my perspective on how hearing SHOULD be!
