Beginning with my initial phone contact with Courtney & Stephanie, to insurance & billing with Summer, to the PT protocol with Ryan (primarily) and Megan Warner, to the very capable and personable assistants Alex & Nick... everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely concerned about my progress and wellbeing. Ryan addressed not only my recent surgery, but also listened to my feedback in order to incorporate treatment for another area, plus core strength, balance and flexibility as a whole.
