I appreciate the remediation of the mold itself. My morning allergies have been much better since. Jacob and LeeAnn are extremely knowledgeable and were able to give lots of tips on how to keep an eye out for mold. They also clarified a lot of misconceptions for me. I highly value their knowledge!! Everyone was polite and pleasant to work with. My biggest issue is with communication. Firstly I was told that my results would be back in a day. It took 5 days for me to hear back. Secondly, when I got my results they were mixed up with the wrong house. This was later corrected by Brian. Even then, a few times in communication there were still mix-ups with the other house. Thirdly, based on the way the process was remediation communicated to me, I thought there was going to be a lot more moving of furniture to really get behind stuff. Maybe that was just a misperception of mine. Fourthly, I contacted Brian regarding a concerning picture on my report. He said he would get clarification on that picture for me. His response was "It's just a scratch." Thinking that seemed odd that a scratch deserved a picture, I asked both LeeAnn and Jacob about it and they gave me a completely different answer. Which kind of made me feel like I was previously being brushed off. Finally, I had been encouraged by both Brian and Jacob to contact them if I have any questions at any time and they'd be glad to answer them. It has been multiple days since I've contacted both and I have not heard from either. If someone asked me to give them my personal opinion based off my experience, I'm honestly not sure what I would say. I think I would just give them the pros and cons and let them decide for themselves.

Sorry you were told they would be back in one day, that has been addressed with the staff. I know you have been called to address your final issues.
