Nick was supposed to arrive between 2 and 4 PM - He was running behind as his " prior job was a lot larger than anticipated" . He( VERY professionally) called me to let me know that. It was no problem for me and I was impressed that I received the call in order to adjust my plans I was a little surprised by the cost of getting out the stains - it came to $ 195 - not the $130 estimated on the phone. I thought it was a little expensive but it had to be done Overall great job!
