Mike, with ER, did a good job of presenting us with all the options and being patient with us as we made our decisions on how to proceed with reconstruction. Their subs did a good job and we are happy with the final result. We rated them a little low on response time but I believe this can be chalked up to the work being done during the Holidays. We were very happy with how they scrambled to finish the work before Christmas.

Fantastic service by the contents team, especially the Supervisor Ivana, who was superb! She made sure her crew knew what they were expected to do and checked all work before the boxes were labled and sealed. It was very simple to unpack the contents at the completion of the job. There was NOT ONE item broken or damage from the pack up. I like the fact Ms. Bailey took her time taking very good pictures. When the team that put up the actual furniture damaged my coffee table, it was her great pictures that proved my point when compared to MY pictures. And Tim readily took care of it. All in all it was a great experience dealing with the Contents Team. She is extremely professional and personable, which is to be commened by hopefully her immediate supervisor.

The quality of their work is good; however their complete lack of communication and professionalism made for a bad experience overall. I hope your schedule allows you to meet your project manager before 3:30pm during the week because he won't meet after that time. They did not want to provide an itemized invoice but wanted us to pay based on their estimate. They tried to charge almost $500 for moving furniture when they only moved 1 item and they broke it. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend them.

All things considered, they were wonderful. It was a very stressful time with water all over my basement and they did everything in a quick and satisfactory way. Prompt, explained the procedure well, and I'm happy to recommend them to others.
