Mike, with ER, did a good job of presenting us with all the options and being patient with us as we made our decisions on how to proceed with reconstruction. Their subs did a good job and we are happy with the final result. We rated them a little low on response time but I believe this can be chalked up to the work being done during the Holidays. We were very happy with how they scrambled to finish the work before Christmas.
