We smelled what seemed like a musty smell in a small room in our basement. I called on a Saturday worried about possible moisture and they came out first thing Sunday morning. After moisture tests and inspection, nothing was detected and we were told it was stagnant air and given some tips on how to improve airflow. We were not charged for the visit, and they could not have been more polite and professional! Would definitely recommend.
