Beautiful home on the water in Gulf Breeze under a complete remodel found moisture under the floors on the second floor, because of this moisture mold has begun to grow throughout the second floor. They had plans to remove the floors anyway and the house is empty which will make the mold remediation easy and fast. We are going to remove the floors and underpayment, dry the subfloor and treat and clean the mold so that new floors can be laid down on schedule and on time. Like it never happened.
