A home in Gulf Breeze is being prepped for sale. Pre inspection found a small amount of mold in both HVAC return closets. We are going to clean the returns and seal the drywall with a glossy mold sealer to allow easy cleaning in the future, we are also going to fog the system with anti-microbial as a precaution.
