Customer in Gulf Breeze called about mold growing under window in a child’s bedroom, another company inspected it and said they had black mold, without testing, and gave them an enormous estimate to remediate. Customer called us for a second opinion and we are 100% certain it is not black mold and tested it to confirm. Discoloration was nothing more than a water stain with a little wood rot.
