I know this is not an interesting picture but it illustrates that most of our potential jobs turn out to be non issues. This customer was convinced they had black mold and called us to investigate. After a carful look around we determined there was no problem at all, what they had was a couple of old water stains on the ceiling from an old roof leak from years past. Absolutely no need for our services, a win for the customer.
