Customer is complaining of mold in their condo on Navarre Beach. A mold report tested high levels of mold, it was determined that the AC was not working properly while the customer was not living in the unit. AC has been fixed so now we will clean the unit and treat it with anti-microbial, run a few hepa air scrubbers for a few days and do a duct cleaning to make sure the unit is ready for beach season.
