Couple from New Jersey just bought a house in Pace and noticed dark spots on their AC registers and were afraid it was mold, they never had this problem in New Jersey. I told them welcome to Florida and it’s not a major problem, just clean it with antimicrobial and call us if it continues or if it gets worse.
